If you are not completely satisfied with your Gogoalshop order, and match our Return Policy We got you. 


Considering  the transit time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what's more 

We want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so here is our win-win solution. RESENT POLICY.  


WHAT IS  OUR  RESENT POLICY WORK?


If you are with one of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resent you a new package.


1.SIZE PROBLEM 

If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Provide pictures that you wearing the jersey for us to confirm, After we confirm you can pay $15 postage for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.


2. LOGISTICS EXCEPTION

If your package is beyond the normal transit time and the online tracking shows an Alert or an Expired status, please feel free to contact us. and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirmation, and make sure you get it.
